When you purchase a course, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, household use. Access may be limited by seat availability or time-limited promotions as clearly stated at purchase.

4. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied. If a course does not meet your needs, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We review requests fairly and may issue a refund in our discretion where appropriate.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Children progress at different rates; parent guidance, consistency, and context matter.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midnightelio Scholars will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
